JoAnn Ellis is the executive assistant to the President and Director of The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation. JoAnn also serves as liaison to the Blank Foundation board of directors.

Prior to joining The Blank Family Foundation in 2006, JoAnn spent 13 years at Delta Airlines, including seven years up in the air as a flight attendant.

A native of Trinidad and Tobago, JoAnn graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations/Spanish. She was a student-athlete, attending on scholarship to play field hockey and lacrosse.

A mother and grandmother, JoAnn loves to cook and spends the majority of her free time with her toddler grandson.
