Natane Eaddy

Senior Program Officer

Natane Eaddy is senior program officer at The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation. In this role, she leads the Foundation’s youth development work, which specifically focuses on increasing economic mobility for youth and emerging adults whose access to opportunities are limited.

Natane has dedicated her career to focusing on youth issues in a variety of settings, including philanthropy, non-profit, and government. Prior to joining The Blank Family Foundation in 2022, Natane worked at The Annie E. Casey Foundation in Baltimore, MD. She served as the Senior Associate for the Jim Casey Youth Opportunities Initiative with the foundation’s Family Well-being Strategy Group and previously served as a Program Associate with the foundation’s Child Welfare Strategy Group. Natane has served in senior policy roles with the Philadelphia Department of Human Services and the DC Child and Family Services Agency. She also served as a Staff Attorney and Youth Advocacy Programs Supervisor with the Juvenile Law Center in Philadelphia, PA.

Natane holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Pre-Law and Criminology from Spelman College, a master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Policy and Law from Columbia University, and a law degree from Northeastern University.

Natane enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, shopping, reading, volunteering, and has a love of all things interior decorating and design. She’s also very much a foodie, a dog lover, and a plant mom! She’s happy to return to Atlanta as she has considered it her adopted home since her days at Spelman.
