Shauna Greene is a program officer at The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation. In this role she manages the work of the associate-led Overwatch Fund Committee, a group of associates across the Blank Family of Businesses who are veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces or have a strong personal or professional connection to the military. Shauna also provides research and analysis across the Foundation’s areas of focus.

Prior to joining The Blank Family Foundation, Shauna worked with the Six-Word Memoir Project, using storytelling to build connections and increase community engagement. Previously, as a Child Welfare Scholars Program award recipient, Shauna focused on youth advocacy and social work with children and families. She also worked for a decade in relationship management with foundations, Fortune 500 corporations, and private wealth clients.

Shauna earned her MSW and bachelor’s degree in social welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, with an undergraduate minor in Education and concentration in business. She is active in the Kirkwood neighborhood association and local PTA, and her interests include documentaries and travel. Shauna and her husband, an officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve, have one teenage son.
