Atlanta Super Bowl Host Committee unveils $2M city park renovation

John F. Kennedy Park on Atlanta’s Westside will be undergoing a $2 million renovation thanks to the Atlanta Super Bowl Host Committee, the NFL Foundation and The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation.

A groundbreaking ceremony at the park Wednesday unveiled the project, part of the Host Committee’s Legacy 53 initiative.

The Atlanta Falcons also contributed to the effort through ticket proceeds from a pre-season practice that was open to the public.
