Alma Pronove joined the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation in October 2024 as a senior strategy officer for the Effective Philanthropy team. In this role, she supports the strategy development process and works with colleagues and grantees to measure their work’s results. Alma previously served as director of advisory services at Arabella Advisors, where she worked with institutional, corporate, and family clients to design, implement, assess, and learn from philanthropic strategies. 

Alma holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s in public policy from the University of Minnesota. Outside of work, you can find her playing mahjong or chasing her miniature dachshund around.
