Ashley Newkirk is a staff accountant at the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation. In this role, she maintains financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts in compliance with GAAP.

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University before relocating to Colorado, where she spent five years building her accounting career. During that time, she worked with nonprofit organizations and advanced from accounting assistant to staff accountant, gaining experience in day-to-day accounting operations and financial support for mission-driven teams. 

Originally from Georgia, she recently returned to Atlanta with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys walking with her husband and their Boston terrier, studying Spanish, and traveling whenever she has the opportunity.
