Brittany Smith
DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
Brittany Smith joined the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation in 2022 and currently serves as digital communications officer. In this role, she leads the foundation’s digital communications strategy across its website, social media channels and email communications, creating engaging content that elevates the work of the foundation and its nonprofit partners. She manages the foundation’s three-time award-winning website and oversees Thriving Together, its PRSA Georgia award-winning monthly newsletter.
Brittany brings over a decade of experience in digital strategy, content development, website management, social media, email marketing and visual storytelling. Known for combining creativity with a data-informed approach, Brittany develops digital experiences that increase awareness, deepen engagement and help audiences better understand the impact of the foundation’s work.
Brittany holds a bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State University and a master’s degree from West Virginia University. She is OMCP certified and serves on the 2026–2027 NISM/OMCP board. In recognition of her professional leadership and community impact, she was named a 2026 YWCA Rising Star.
Outside of work, Brittany serves as co-chair of the PRSA Georgia Social Media Committee, volunteers with 48in48, the YMCA of Metro Atlanta’s Reach & Rise Mentoring Program and mentors young women through The She League.
