Justin Abraham joined the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation as director, strategic communications in June 2026. In this role, he develops and manages communications strategies that build awareness and highlight the impact of the foundation’s collective giving areas. He also partners with colleagues across the Blank Family of Businesses to extend the foundation’s reach.

Justin brings more than 15 years of communications experience spanning higher education, independent schools, and broadcast media. He most recently served as director of communications in Emory University’s Office of the Provost, where he led executive communications, editorial strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, he held marketing and communications roles at The Lovett School and The Westminster Schools in Atlanta. Earlier in his career, Justinworked at The Weather Channel and KMIZ-TV.

Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Boston University and a master’s in atmospheric science from the University of Missouri. He has been named a Stellar Speaker by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and received a CASE Circle of Excellence award for his nonprofit fundraising work.

A journalist at heart, Justin is driven by a passion for creative storytelling and finding innovative ways to bring complex ideas to life. Outside of work, he and his husband are avid travelers, and they share their home with two dogs.
