Kasey Anderson serves as an administrative and program associate, where she provides administrative, grants management and programmatic support to foundation leadership. Kasey supports philanthropic strategy and grantmaking that strengthens communities. Her work includes stewarding significant philanthropic resources, nonprofit partnerships, cross-sector collaboration and strategic convenings. She supports the foundation’s work in Atlanta’s Westside, Effective Philanthropy & Learning, Mental Health and Well-Being and Youth Development.  

Kasey brings experience at the intersection of philanthropy, professional sports, and community engagement. Previously, she worked at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Training & Engagement, where she supported large-scale events and led training and engagement initiatives designed to strengthen workforce readiness, cultivate employee engagement and support retention. 

Beyond her role, Kasey is committed to civic leadership and community service. She serves as Vice Chair of the YMCA of Metro Atlanta Young Professional Board and has maintained a longstanding commitment to Covenant House Georgia, among other community organizations focused on youth development and strengthening communities.  

Kasey holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Studies from Reinhardt University. She is enthusiastic about building relationships across sectors, connecting people and resources, and creating opportunities that enable individuals and communities to thrive. In her free time, Kasey enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family.
