Tolton Pace
Sr. Program Officer, Atlanta's Westside
Tolton Pace joined the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation staff in September 2023 and serves as senior program officer, Atlanta’s Westside. He will also foster connections with nonprofit partners who share in offering solutions to protect residents’ opportunities to stay in this rapidly changing neighborhood.
Prior to his role at AMBFF, Pace served as manager, strategic partnerships and grant programs with The Home Depot Foundation and was responsible for a $13 million annual grantmaking portfolio focused on workforce development, the arts, healthcare, outdoor spaces and veteran-related causes.
His professional experiences include working in philanthropy and nonprofits focused on youth development in Atlanta’s Westside and South Atlanta, including the City of Atlanta’s WorkSource Atlanta, The Gifted Education Foundation, Young Life, the Agape Youth & Family Center and Atlanta Public Schools (Project GRAD).
Tolton is a native Atlantan (third-generation in the Westside) and a graduate of Atlanta Public Schools and Emory University. Tolton is fluent in Spanish and in his spare time serves as a youth minister at Impact Church. He, his wife Khristal and son Roman live in southwest Atlanta.
