Natalie Gilbert

Program Officer, Mental Health and Well-Being

Natalie’s connection to the Blank Family of Businesses and The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation is long-established. Over the last decade she has worked at Mountain Sky Guest Ranch, West Creek Ranch, and served as a Program Officer with AMB West Philanthropies at The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation. At the ranches she enjoyed elevating services and wellness opportunities for guests and staff alike as the Director of Wellness. With The Foundation she helped to facilitate the launch and strategic advancement of AMB West Philanthropies’ Community Well-Being initiatives under the associate-led Community Fund.

Natalie now supports one of The Foundation’s collective giving areas as a Program Officer of Mental Health and Well-Being. She looks forward to supporting Director Elizabeth Brown and the team in elevating internal supports and strategic grant development while fostering impactful partnerships. With a fervent and deep connection to supporting whole-person health, Natalie is grateful to be part of fostering and championing Mental Health and Well-Being solutions.

Natalie graduated from Christopher Newport University, where she played field hockey and lacrosse while earning a degree in communication studies and minoring in studio art. After finishing her university studies abroad in Spain at Pablo de Olavide, she found worth in travel and continuing education as it relates to holistic health. Through her travels to more than thirty countries she trained in yoga, meditation, massage therapy, and more. Natalie notes that the most worthwhile lessons were absorbed while being open, empathetic, grateful, curious, and trusting the journey while finding comfort in the uncomfortable. In her off time, she loves spending time with family and friends and there is no better place to do that than in nature: preferably surrounded by Montana wildflowers!
